My life's passion is rooted in helping your remember your power. I believe we all have unique gifts and a god given purpose in this lifetime, but somewhere along the way, maybe in childhood, or just surviving in the "real" world, we forgot. My work is a remembering and activation of your true soul self.

I meditate on your energy prior to our session. As a trained intuitive & energy reader, I focus on your energy centers, assessing areas of healing & messages from your higher self.

I come to our session, with detailed notes of what came up within my meditation. THIS is where the magic happens. I share your specific energy reading as well as messages your soul needs you to know now. We will discuss your soul's true purpose & areas of healing.
03. Integration
After our session is where the real work begins! You'll receive custom resources to support you in integrating your sessions information. You will leave your session with clarity and tangible daily steps, to fully empower your into alignment with your soul's TrueNorth.
